Recently, our company contracted Vietnam a deputy production of steam 3-in-1 hydrochloric acid synthesis project once successful, officially put into operation, the indicators are in line with the expected requirements, has been highly praised by users.
Planet graphite has undertaken a whole set of services including design, manufacturing, installation guidance, debugging and driving of this project. With advanced technology, excellent product quality and professional service team, this 200-ton/day 36% hydrochloric acid synthesis device was successfully put into operation in one time. It marks another southeast Asia project of our company has been recognized by users, which lays a solid foundation for us to further expand overseas market. The project started construction in December 2018, lasted 4 months, and completed installation and debugging of main equipment, instrument and DCS on March 31, 2019.
The device adopts the company produces the fifth generation of by-product steam (0.9 MPa) triad graphite hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace system, automatic control, the entire unit mainly includes automatic ignition system, regulated system of raw materials, the ratio of hydrogen chloride systems, fire detection systems, acid automatic detection and feedback system, fault interlocking system, circulating water flow valve position monitoring system, by-product steam pressure regulating and automatic emptying system, accomplish a key to drive, parking, a key process exception alarm and parking control, the whole process of unattended.
The project started smoothly. Through the waste heat utilization technology independently developed by our company, it makes full use of the reaction of chlorine gas and hydrogen combustion to release heat. The by-product is 0.9MPaG steam. It can save 2,000 tons of coal and reduce CO2 emissions by 7,400 tons per year.
