Scope of application

Compared with circular block graphite heat exchangers, the graphite shell and tube falling film absorber features larger processing capacity, lower fluid resistance, and the ability to manufacture larger-scale graphite heat transfer equipment.
Applied in falling film evaporation systems, the equipment provides excellent liquid film distribution and heat transfer performance. With larger single-unit capacity and anti-corrosion treatment on the shell side, it offers excellent resistance to secondary steam corrosion, making it especially suitable for large-scale evaporation systems.
The single-tube sealing structure eliminates stress caused by thermal expansion. Each tube can be independently removed and replaced, greatly facilitating later maintenance.

The equipment mainly consists of a liquid distributor, cooling and absorption section, and gas-liquid separator. The liquid forms a uniform film along individual tubes for cooling and absorption, providing:

High absorption efficiency
High product acid concentration
Low outlet temperature
Stable operation
Convenient process control
No requirement for pre-cooling or pre-drying of raw materials
