By listening to the ppt report, consulting documents, watching the video of the pilot site, the assessment expert group conducted a comprehensive assessment of the four aspects of the organizational guarantee and financial guarantee of the standardization pilot of the strategic emerging industry of energy-saving and environmental protection graphite equipment, standard transformation and system construction, standard implementation and participation in standardization activities, and the pilot effect.
Xingqiu Graphite has always adhered to the "four modernization drive" to promote together, fully opened the "management standardization +" model, deeply promoted the deep integration of management standardization and lean production and maintenance services, and initially explored a road to lead the innovation of the standardization construction of energy saving and environmental protection graphite equipment. During the pilot construction period, 348 standards were developed, with a self-determined rate of 81.9%, 148 patents currently in effect were all converted into enterprise standards, with a conversion rate of 100%, and 6 international, national and industry standards were led or participated in the formulation, which improved the management level, boosted the brand image and promoted the sustainable development of enterprises. Remarkable results have been achieved in social, economic and ecological benefits. The expert group agreed that the project completed the objectives and tasks well, the standard system was coordinated and reasonable, the standard implementation was solid and in place, and finally passed the assessment and evaluation with 91 points, ranking among the excellent ranks.
