High by-product steam hydrogen chloride graphite synthesis furnace: High efficiency, green environmental protection!

      Nantong Xingqiu Graphite Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Xingqiu Graphite") has successfully signed a new order for high by-product steam hydrogen chloride graphite synthesis furnace with a number of domestic chemical enterprises.
      The graphite synthesis furnace developed by Xingqiu Graphite is an important equipment in the process of caustic soda and polyvinyl chloride devices in the chlor-alkali industry. In order to comply with the green development policy of "Made in China 2025", Planet Graphite combined with decades of experience in the design and production of graphite synthesis furnaces, has successfully developed a new generation of high by-product steam hydrogen chloride graphite synthesis furnaces on the basis of previous generations of graphite synthesis furnaces. The graphite synthesis furnace has mature technology, stable operation, safe and reliable product quality, and the reaction heat recovery rate of chlorine and hydrogen synthesis is more than 90%.



       The high by-product steam hydrogen chloride graphite synthesis furnace follows the integrated structure of previous generations of hydrogen chloride synthesis and waste heat recovery and utilization, and combines CFD simulation to carry out technical innovations in material selection, structural design, impregnation process, waste heat step recovery, etc., so that the device can maximize the production efficiency. In the preparation of hydrogen chloride or high purity hydrochloric acid at the same time can produce 0.4-1.0MPa steam, heat energy utilization rate of 90%, the amount of by-product steam is about 1.4 times that of the previous generation synthesis furnace, the device has been successfully and stably operated in a number of chemical enterprises.
       With a single synthetic furnace hydrogen chloride annual production capacity of 50,000 tons, the annual by-product steam can be about 45,000 tons, according to the steam 250 yuan/ton calculation, the annual creation of by-product steam direct economic benefits of more than 11 million yuan, the by-product steam equivalent to more than 4,000 tons of standard coal generated heat value, reduce CO2 emissions of about 11,500 tons. The device can be widely used in chlor-alkali, polysilicon, paper making and other production processes or chemical solid waste incineration generated by high temperature and high corrosion gas waste heat recovery, not only improve the user's economic benefits, but also respond to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction, to achieve carbon peak, carbon neutral national strategy to make an important contribution.
