The equipment is used in the 200,000 tons/year semi-water - two water wet phosphoric acid project of a company in the new energy industry, and is also the main production device in the "copper phosphorus lithium fluoride green cycle industrial base" project. The phosphoric acid produced by the device can be directly exported after treatment, which is the main raw material for calcium salt and other production devices, and also the high-end phosphorus source for the development of new energy materials.

In process selection, according to the capacity requirements of the owner, combined with our existing curing and impregnation equipment with the largest diameter, we designed a graphite flash chamber with a diameter of 4400mm. In the design process, we established a three-dimensional solid model, carried out simulation and calculation of the dimensions of each component, and then carried out finite element analysis of the stress and mechanical properties of the equipment through ansys software. Thus ensuring optimal design.
