On August 18, 2023, the special and chemical graphite material project of Inner Mongolia Xingqiu New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was fully put into operation, marking the realization of the four-in-one strategic layout of "materials, equipment, systems and services" of Xingqiu Graphite.
The calcination workshop has two sets of 24 canister calcination furnaces, which provide raw material guarantee for the production of high-quality graphite materials. Through the recovery of waste heat from the combustion of raw materials, the energy utilization efficiency is improved.
At present, the molding workshop has 2 medium crushing production lines, 5 kneading POTS and 4 presses, with the production capacity of various specifications.
In order to produce graphite products more suitable for chemical equipment, the company has introduced the industry-leading car-bottom baking furnace, which adopts automatic control to achieve precise temperature control and automatic loading and firing, ensuring uniform heating of products and escorting the company's production of special graphite materials.
The graphitization workshop is equipped with a rectifier transformer with a capacity of 25,000 kVA, 4 Atchison graphitization furnaces and 10 internal series graphitization furnaces to meet the processing needs of various products.
Machining workshop fully realizes CNC operation, superior working environment, and has milling machines, sawing machines, CNC lathes, CNC drilling machines, wire cutting, can meet the processing of various specifications of products.
