Recently, the 2.3t/h hydrochloric acid deep analysis system of a 5,000 tons Ehneli technical transformation project of a company in the chemical manufacturing industry undertaken by our company has successfully completed the engineering design, procurement, construction and other work within 3 months after all members of the project team gathered their strength and overcame difficulties, and successfully started the car at one time in the near future.
The system process adopts our unique technology - calcium chloride as extractant hydrochloric acid deep analysis. By adding an azeotrope breaking agent to hydrochloric acid to inhibit water pressure, dry base hydrogen chloride with purity ≥99.9% (vol) and hydrogen chloride content in wastewater ≤1% (wt) can be analyzed and produced. All process indicators meet the requirements of the technical agreement agreed by both parties, in which calcium chloride is concentrated by two-effect evaporation. It can save about 30% steam energy consumption compared with single effect.
