This system is suitable for HCL acid at any concentration. HCL gas is stripping out through adding the extracting agent CaCL2 in HCL acid to break the chemical balance, then the diluted CaCL2 solution flows into the concentration system for recovery and recycling utilization.
If there are impurities In the acid which tend to be reacted with the extractant, we suggest to adopt the differential pressure distillation method for HCL gas recovery.
