By-product steam three-in-one hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace is mainly used for the production of hydrochloric acid, and the three-in-one includes three functions of HCL synthesis, cooling and absorption. The equipment generates hydrogen and chlorine gas through open flame combustion, and absorbs hydrogen chloride gas into hydrochloric acid that meets the requirements by adding absorption water. At the same time, a lot of heat is released during the combustion process, and by-product steam is produced at high temperature. Improve the utilization of waste heat, and then remove the heat released by the absorption process through circulating water at the top, reduce the temperature, and meet the discharge requirements.
